I was born and raised in a small town where my dad could walk into the local bank, sit down with the mortgage loan officer, and make a deal over coffee and a handshake because they knew each other well and trusted each other more. These days, small towns are quickly disappearing, but I bring that type of personal care to every client interaction. For me, every mortgage represents a family for whom I will grow to know and care.
When it comes to buying a home, I understand that for most people, it is the single largest investment you will make in your lifetime. The moment when my husband and I closed on our first home is firmly planted in my mind. So when it comes to my clients, I am one hundred percent committed to treating every single cent of their money as if it were my own hard-earned income.
I obtained my Associates degree in Accounting and Business and have spent 9 years devoted to an industry that I love. A background in processing, pre-underwriting, assisting top producers and originating loans has given me a foundation to provide a unique level of service to you and your homebuyers. This has given me the knowledge that I need to excel at understanding various mortgage options including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and Construction-to-Perm financing (CP loans).
